We’re a small family owned enterprise dedicated to the loving revitalization of a few long-neglected Dayton, Ohio homes left in our care.  Most of our houses have had a pretty hard life, but they still have really "Good Bones." In working on them, we seek to uncover each house's unique pedigree. We strive to honor the integrity of the original architectural design and preserve surviving details, while simultaneously updating livability factors like appliances and HVAC.
